Cooking Instructions

1. Start by preheating your grill to medium-high heat.
2. Take out the thinly sliced tender pork barbecue from the packaging and place them on a clean plate.
3. Optional: Prepare a marinade of your choice if desired (e.g., soy sauce, garlic, and ginger) and marinate the pork slices for about 30 minutes to enhance the flavor.
4. Once the grill is heated, place the pork slices directly onto the grill grates.
5. Cook the pork slices for about 2-3 minutes on each side, or until they develop grill marks and are cooked through.
6. During the last minute of grilling, brush each side of the pork slices with ketchup to add extra flavor. Make sure to coat the slices evenly.
7. Continue grilling for another 30 seconds to 1 minute, allowing the ketchup to caramelize slightly.
8. Once the thinly sliced tender pork barbecue is cooked and caramelized to your liking, remove them from the grill and transfer them to a clean plate.
9. Let the pork slices rest for a couple of minutes to allow the juices to redistribute.
